Happy Friday! As we wrap this week up in a pretty little bow, we celebrate with a very rustic cake. One day, as I was walking through my neighborhood Trader Joes, I spotted a jar of Dark Morello Cherries and instantly had the urge to make a cake with them. I remember not being able to get home fast enough to whip this together, you know… since cake is one of my all time favorite foods.
The only thing that could make this better is if I had added bourbon….
I want a piece of this cake now…
