In an effort to save some skrilla money we’ve been trying to dine out less. For a while we were eating out so much, we were taking YOLO to the extreme.
Brunching has always been such a favorite hobby of ours, I would go SoulCycle in the morning, come home get ready and head to a champagne filled brunch with S or my girlfriends. But, these days we’ve been trying to keep things pretty low key and dine in. (Okay, but for real tho… it’s easier to not go out in the winter #chiberia).
I made these sandwiches for the first time a couple of weekends and I think we will be adding this to our at home brunch rotation. On my way home from SoulCycle Sunday morning, I stopped into La Boulangerie and picked up some of my favorite goodies and a fresh baguette, I used the baguette to make this fancy egg sandwich.
