Corned Beef and Cabbage Dip
A fun twist on the traditional corn beef and cabbage.  This Corned Beef and Cabbage dip is the perfect accompaniment to your Saint Patrick’s Day celebration.  Poor yourself a green beer and dive right into the new and progressive Corned Beef and Cabbage Dip.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit.
  2. Place potatoes into a cheese cloth or a few layers of paper towels and squeeze out all the excess water.
  3. In a large nonstick skillet, brown cabbage and potatoes in olive oil and butter, salt and pepper for taste, allow to cool to room temperature.
  4. In a large bowl combine 1/2 the swiss and mozzarella cheese with the cream cheese, sour cream and corned beef. Stir in cabbage and potato mixture.
  5. Transfer into an oven safe baking dish and bake for 35-45 minutes until bubbly and hot. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and continue baking until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool slightly, serve hot.
